Permanent employment, flexible working hours. Start date available immediately. This position is suitable for individuals with disabilities and persons with health impairments up to degree 2 of disability. Job responsibilities: responsibility for service operations in terms of professional and methodological aspects; interactions with service applicants (social assessment) and existing clients; social counseling for clients - including family members if applicable; planning and evaluation of social service delivery; interactions with supervisory staff - social departments of municipal offices, care services, residential facilities for seniors with partial or continuous care services. Requirements: education in accordance with Act 108/2006 Coll. on social services - higher vocational school (VOŠ) or university degree in social work; experience with social agenda is advantageous; PC skills; communicative abilities; empathetic and positive approach toward elderly and ill citizens; professional presentation; organizational skills; reliability, ability to work independently and as part of a team; clean criminal record, driving license category B.
