We are seeking a specialist to work with families in challenging life situations (divorce/separation conflicts, parenting and relationship difficulties, support for foster parents and children in alternative family care). Work location: Třinec Type of employment: Part-time position (20 hours/week) – maternity/parental leave replacement Perspective: In the future, there is an opportunity to expand the hours Start date: By agreement What do we require from you? Education and qualifications: At least a VOŠ in humanities + successfully completed comprehensive therapeutic training. Experience: At least 2 years in the field. Personal qualities: Independence, mental resilience, ability for self-reflection, and willingness to collaborate as a team member. Clean criminal record. What do we offer? Salary: From 20 000 Kč gross (for 2 years of experience) + up to 10% personal bonus after onboarding. Meaningful work within the framework of an organization with long-standing tradition.
