About the Position You will contact private individuals who are already advertising their cars for sale and present Haninge Bilpark's brokerage service. Your task is not to conduct traditional phone sales – but to build trust, understand the customer's needs, and book qualified brokerage assignments with our car advisors. You will become an important part of a company with high ambitions, short decision-making processes, and great opportunities for development. Responsibilities Contact private individuals selling their cars. Present our car brokerage services. Build long-term customer relationships. Book brokerage assignments. Follow up on previous contacts. Work in our CRM system and document customer interactions. Contribute to the team's shared goals. What We're Looking For You are positive, driven, and goal-oriented. You enjoy talking with people. You have good communication skills. You are organized and take responsibility. You are comfortable with computers. You speak and write Swedish fluently. Previous experience in phone sales, customer service, the automotive industry, or sales is a plus, but not required. We will train you in our methods and provide you with the tools to succeed.
