Phone Advisor / Car Broker – Haninge Bilpark AB, Gothenburg Do you want to work in sales where you can really influence your income? Haninge Bilpark AB is now looking for two driven phone advisors for our growing operations in Gothenburg / Kungälv. We are an established car dealership with headquarters in Stockholm and are now expanding our operations on the west coast. We are building a new team focused on helping private individuals sell their cars through our highly appreciated brokerage services. This is not a traditional call center job. You will contact private individuals who are already advertising their cars and help them find an easier, safer, and more convenient way to sell their car. Your Responsibilities Contact private individuals selling their cars. Present Haninge Bilpark's brokerage services. Build trust and develop long-term customer relationships. Schedule qualified meetings and brokerage assignments. Document calls and follow up with customers. Work towards clear goals together with the team. We Are Looking for You If You Are sociable and enjoy talking with people. Are goal-oriented and motivated by results. Have strong communication skills. Are positive, responsible, and organized. Have an easy time building trust. Speak and write Swedish fluently. Have good computer skills. Previous experience in phone sales, customer service, or the automotive industry is a merit but not a requirement. We place greater emphasis on your personality and desire to develop.
