We're looking for a new team member for our protected employment position. If you enjoy working with people, have a pleasant demeanor, and are looking for calm work in a friendly environment where we understand your individual needs, we'd love to meet you! What will your work involve? No pressure, no sales. Your task is simply to find out how satisfied our customers were with their vehicle repairs. • Follow-up calls: Contacting customers who had their cars serviced with us. • Feedback: A brief conversation about the quality of work performed and staff approach. • System recording: Simply entering the call results into the computer. What do we need from you? • Disability status: This position is reserved exclusively for people receiving disability benefits (1st, 2nd, or 3rd degree). • Pleasant voice: Ability to speak clearly and with a smile (it shows in your voice!). • Basic computer skills: Ability to write a short note and work with a simple program, Excel, email.
