Phone Interviewer – Flexible Part-Time Work at SIFO

Job Description SIFO is a market leader in insights, analytics, and consulting services. About the Position As a phone interviewer, your main responsibility will be to conduct various types of surveys by telephone using a computer, following a pre-established questionnaire. We are looking for interviewers for our phone center in central Gothenburg and for interviewers working from home. The work can be conveniently performed from home, but you will need access to your own computer, a stable internet connection, and a headset. SIFO covers the cost of telephone service and provides basic training. Work takes place primarily in the evenings on weekdays, but we also have certain projects conducted during daytime and weekends: Day: Mon-Thu 08:00-15:30 / Fri 08:00-14:30 Evening: Mon-Thu 16:30-21:00 / Fri 15:00-19:00 Weekend: Sat 10:00-15:00 / Sun 14:00-19:00 What We Offer A flexible part-time job that is easy to combine with other activities since you choose your own shifts Social work with lots of interaction Varied and educational work Wages according to collective agreement. At this year's rate (2025), this corresponds to 142kr/hour. What the Work Requires That you follow instructions, manuals, and rules to achieve the quality and efficiency needed in interview work and expected by our customers That you speak, write, and read Swedish fluently That information provided during the interview is handled confidentially High communication skills That you can work at least 2 shifts/week. You book your own work shifts based on our needs. If there is demand, you can of course work more. Training and guidance take place at the office in Gothenburg, so we are primarily looking for someone located so you can travel to the office for the two introductory days.
