Technical Procurement Manager – E-Bikes (Evobike) We are seeking a structured and quality-conscious technical expert who wants to take full responsibility for requirements definition, quality, documentation, and regulatory compliance for our Evobike brand. This role is perfect for you if you have a genuine interest in e-bikes and thrive at the intersection of engineering, administration, and quality assurance. About the Company: Nordbutiker AB is a pure e-commerce company with over 500,000 satisfied customers across the Nordic region and a primary focus on light electric vehicles. We have been named a Gazelle Company by Dagens Industri four times and manage the entire process in-house – from product development to customer service and logistics from our 2,400 square meter facility in Rimbo, just north of Stockholm. Evobike is one of our strongest proprietary brands, where we offer award-winning e-bikes designed in Sweden and manufactured in Portugal. About the Role: As Technical Manager for Evobike, you work in close partnership with our CEO/Procurement Manager. While the Procurement Manager drives commercial matters (supplier relations, negotiations, and contracts), you own the technical and administrative execution. You are the crucial link that ensures our products are safe, certified, and meet the highest quality standards from factory/supplier all the way to our customers. Your Key Responsibilities: · Technical Requirements & Quality Assurance: Responsibility for requirements definition, ongoing control, and approval of safety-critical components (motors, batteries, control systems, brakes, etc.). · Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Ensure correct CE marking, EU Declaration of Conformity (DoC), risk assessments, product labeling, and compliance with technical documentation requirements. · Manuals: Develop and update manuals and technical specifications. · Administration & Logistics: Responsibility for order and product administration in our business system and ongoing delivery reconciliations. · Deviation Management: Drive technical deviation management, troubleshooting, and quality dialog with suppliers. · Product Portfolio & Market Monitoring: Develop portfolio strategy together with the CEO/Procurement Manager and follow developments in e-bike technology and EU requirements (e.g., EN 15194, EMC, RoHS, battery regulations). Qualifications and Experience: To succeed in this role, we see that you have: · Deep technical and practical understanding of e-bikes (drive systems, motors, batteries, sensors, etc.). · Practical experience with CE marking, DoC, risk assessments, and applicable EU requirements for e-bikes or similar technical products. · Experience with order and product administration, preferably with experience working in business systems (Microsoft Business Central). · Experience with quality assurance, product evaluation, technical support, or technical deviation management with manufacturers. · Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (for technical dialog with manufacturers). Your Profile: You are a highly structured and meticulous person who handles details, systems, and documentation with ease. At the same time, you are technically curious and practically minded with the ability to assess quality and identify risks. You are self-driven and confident in formulating clear technical requirements, and you are driven by ensuring that the products we sell meet the highest standards. What We Offer: We offer a central key role where you are the obvious knowledge resource in the organization. You will have great opportunity to influence Evobike's design, technical development, and quality in an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking company. Application: Do you want to be our new Technical Manager and ensure that our e-bikes maintain absolute top-class standards? Submit your application and please tell us especially about your experience with e-bikes, technical documentation (CE/DoC/EU regulations), and administrative work. Selection is ongoing.
