Technical Tester

Our client is seeking a Technical Tester with experience in non-functional testing Assignment Description Our client is looking for a driven and analytical technical tester with experience in non-functional testing to conduct testing in a complex system landscape. You have strong experience in performance testing and transaction analysis and will become a key player in one of the client's largest ongoing IT initiatives: establishing a modern and scalable platform for logistics and finance through a new ERP, a new WMS, and an upgraded TMS landscape. Here you will have the opportunity to ensure that their solutions not only function properly but also meet requirements for performance, stability, and scalability. In the role, you work closely with the business, product teams, and suppliers to ensure high quality testing of functionality within the ERP. As a technical tester in non-functional testing, you are responsible for: - Planning, preparing, and conducting tests to measure performance in various scenarios. - Developing test cases and test data based on defined non-functional requirements. - Analyzing test results and identifying bottlenecks, deviations, and risks. - Collaborating with developers, architects, infrastructure specialists, suppliers, and test teams to ensure performance targets are met. - Contributing to establishing working methods and processes for non-functional testing within the program. - Participating in planning and follow-up of tests ahead of releases and production deployments. - Documenting results and communicating recommendations to project and governance. Your Main Areas of Responsibility - Planning and execution of performance testing. - Developing test scenarios to validate capacity and volume testing. - Analysis of test results and reporting of risks. - Verification of defined non-functional requirements. - Collaboration with technical teams on measures and improvements. - Development and improvement of testing methods in the field. Mandatory Requirements - 3-7 years of experience in technical testing with focus on non-functional testing. - Experience from ERP, logistics, WMS, TMS, and/or supply chain systems. - Experience with performance testing in larger system environments. - Experience working with complex solutions distributed in cloud and on-premises. - Experience with testing tools such as LoadRunner Enterprise SaaS and LoadRunner Virtual Table Server, jMeter, Bruno, Fiddler, WireShark, and Splunk. - Experience with data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and EDIFACT. - Experience with WS02 Gateway API, Rest, Kafka, Infor ION, SFTP, FTP, and HTTP. - Good understanding of integrations, databases, applications, and system architecture. - Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting based on test results and logs. - Ability to understand and translate non-functional requirements into concrete tests.
