The role also involves identifying and implementing technical improvements that strengthen accessibility, performance, and quality in our IT environment.
You handle complex cases within third-level support and contribute specialized expertise to first and second level through knowledge transfer, procedures, and documentation. In this way, you help develop the organization's collective ability to provide effective support to health and medical care.
The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues within CMIT (Center for Medical Technology and IT) and with various departments within health and medical care as well as with various suppliers. You also participate in projects, cross-functional teams, and investigations where you contribute technical expertise to develop, improve, and future-proof our IT landscape.
