Energy Metering is responsible for the entire energy metering chain – from establishing measurement points to secure delivery of quality-verified data. The unit consists of two teams that collaborate closely with each other and also with others within Jönköping Energi.
Your Assignment
As a technical systems administrator, you'll work at the interface between IT and OT, with a special focus on optimizing our operational systems and delivery flows.
You're responsible for:
• Managing and optimizing our OT systems and communication solutions
• Actively working with operational monitoring together with the team responsible for field equipment
• Identifying recurring patterns in systems and processes – and transforming these into improvements
• Troubleshooting, resolving issues, and developing sustainable action plans
• Setting requirements for and collaborating with system providers
• Contributing to the development of new solutions, integrations, and data flows – from design to delivery
You'll work closely with both teams in the unit and have many contact points throughout the organization, as well as external contacts.
Who We're Looking For
You have the ability to combine technical expertise with collaboration and a holistic perspective. You're analytical, a good listener, and confident in your competence – and you enjoy contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in systems science or equivalent
• Experience working in organizations with multiple parties (e.g., IT, operations, and external providers)
• Strong ability to set requirements for system providers
Meritorious:
• Experience in systems administration
• Experience working close to operations or technical activities
• B-level driver's license
