About the Role You will become part of the team that manages and develops our charging stations and customer relationships in the Nordic region. We solve problems that arise at our or our customers' charging stations, but we also work proactively with improvements that prevent problems before they impact customers. It is not uncommon for completely new situations to arise where you work independently on problem-solving, while we are committed to supporting each other and sharing both knowledge and setbacks and successes. In this role, you will become a technical expert for our products and services with the customer in focus. Your tasks will include: Handling incoming cases in the form of reported problems at our charging stations. Collecting data and situation analyses as well as troubleshooting and diagnosing problems to identify and drive through solutions. Maintaining close dialogue with hardware manufacturers and service technician providers needed to address situations on-site, for example. Feeding back recurring and systematic problems to the responsible parts of the organization for continuous improvement of our operations. Documenting and closing resolved cases. Requirements We are looking for you with experience in customer support and working with electrical systems. If you have worked with charging stations, that is a great advantage, but experience with battery systems, transformer stations, street lighting, or similar customer-facing electrical systems is also relevant. You also need to be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Desirable Qualifications: A large part of the role involves independently managing contact with suppliers, so it is advantageous if you have experience managing similar external collaborations and dialogues. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics. To succeed in this role, we see that you have a professional manner and communication style with confidence to handle different types of dialogues. You take ownership of your work, work independently, and ensure that you follow up and drive the work all the way to completion.
