Technical Support Specialist - Electrical and Heating Systems

About the Role As Technical Support at Värmebaronen, you'll become an important part of the team supporting installers, resellers, and distributors regarding the company's products and systems. You work with technical consulting, troubleshooting, and guidance on installations, where much of the work involves understanding the customer's situation, analyzing problems, and helping them find the right solution. The role is office-based and all support is provided remotely via phone, Teams, and email. Over time, you'll build deep knowledge of Värmebaronen's products and become an important technical resource both externally and internally. The role also involves close collaboration with colleagues in development and production, where you contribute valuable market insights and drive improvements to products, processes, and customer experience. You work with, among other things: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to installers and resellers remotely Troubleshoot products and installations Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation Help customers identify errors and find the right corrective action Collaborate with development, production, and other technical functions About You We believe you have a background in electrical systems and are experienced in troubleshooting and solving technical problems. Perhaps you currently work as an electrician, electrical installer, industrial electrician, service technician, or in another technical role where you use your technical understanding daily to find solutions. As a person, you are curious, solution-oriented, and quick to understand new products and systems. You enjoy analyzing problems, finding solutions, and communicating technical reasoning in a clear and instructive manner. Through your professional approach, you build trust with both customers and colleagues. We believe you have: • Experience from the electrical industry or other technical field • Good understanding of electrical systems, electrical components, and control and regulation technology • Experience in troubleshooting and technical problem-solving • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics • Understanding of the interaction between electrical power, control systems, and various components in technical installations • Good proficiency in Swedish and English Experience with technical support and consulting to customers, installers, or resellers via phone, email, or other digital channels is highly desirable.
