In this role, you'll be an important point of contact for our customers and help them with technical support, troubleshooting, service matters, and long-term solutions! About the position In your role as technical support in the aftermarket department, you'll be a central point of contact for customers after a sale is completed. You'll work daily with technical advice, troubleshooting, and problem-solving related to Kellfri's products. The role requires you to have a good understanding of machine technology and be able to understand how products work in practice. You'll also be responsible for documenting technical information, following up on cases, and ensuring that the right information is entered into our business system. It's therefore important that you have both technical understanding and the ability to work administratively. The role combines technical support with responsibility for warranty, complaint, and service matters. Your main responsibilities: Provide technical support and guidance to customers of Kellfri's products Troubleshoot and analyze technical problems related to machines, equipment, and associated components Handle and follow up on warranty cases, complaints, and service assignments Register, document, and administer cases in the business system Ensure that technical information, actions, and decisions are documented correctly Ensure correct handling of complaint orders, credits, and debits Actively work with sales of wear and spare parts Follow up on deliveries and ensure high customer satisfaction after a sale is completed Contribute to development and improvement of aftermarket processes You'll also participate in internal company meetings, act as customer support when needed in sister companies, and perform other tasks related to the role. The position is located at Kellfri's headquarters in Skara and includes daytime work, Monday to Friday. You'll be offered employment with Kellfri AB starting immediately or by agreement. Your profile We're looking for you who has experience from a technical and customer-facing role where you've worked with troubleshooting, service, support, or aftermarket. To succeed in this role, you need to have a clear foundation in machine or vehicle technology and understand how mechanical products work in practice. You need to be able to have a technical dialogue with customers, workshops, and colleagues, and be able to assess what is relevant information in a service, warranty, or complaint case. The role suits you if you're confident with technical matters and at the same time have the ability to document, follow up, and drive cases forward in a structured way. We'd like to see that you have: Experience in machine technology, vehicle technology, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, workshop, service, or similar technical field Understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and technical troubleshooting Experience with technical support, service, or aftermarket work Ability to interpret technical problems and translate them into clear documentation Administrative skills and experience working in business systems Experience with order handling, case follow-up, and documentation Good knowledge of the Office package Experience from the vehicle industry, machinery industry, agriculture, construction, or industry It's an advantage if you've previously worked in a workshop, with spare parts, technical support, complaints, or warranty cases. As a person, you're structured, responsible, and solution-oriented. You're easy to collaborate with, communicate clearly, and build trusting relationships with both customers and colleagues. You're also self-driven, take initiative, and are motivated by finding solutions that create value for both the customer and the business. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A driver's license and access to a car are requirements for this position.
