Your Role
As a Technical Service Advisor at Askling Bil, you will be a central part of our daily workshop operations and an important link between our technicians and customers.
You will plan, prioritize, and allocate the day's work in the service workshop. You work closely with our technicians and serve as a natural sounding board when technical questions arise.
The role also includes customer contact and administration. You advise customers by phone and at the customer reception, handle vehicle drop-off and pickup, and work with tasks such as estimates, warranty administration, and web bookings.
What We're Looking For
You have solid experience from the automotive industry and strong technical expertise in both mechanics and diagnostics. We prefer 5–10 years of experience from, for example, passenger vehicles, trucks, or construction equipment. Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
You have good system proficiency and are comfortable working with multiple different systems. Experience with Kobra and Cabas is a plus.
You are communicative and trustworthy, with the ability to interact with different types of people and bring others along.
You are solution-oriented and able to find solutions to unexpected situations that arise during the day.
You have a holistic perspective, see what needs to be done, and take your own initiative to keep the workshop running smoothly.
You have very good knowledge of Swedish, good understanding of English, and a Class B driver's license.
