Technical Project Manager in 3D Scanning and BIM

Tecnicon Byggkonsult is seeking an engaged technical project manager who wants to work with 3D scanning, project planning, and technical investigations in a broad and varied role. Your main responsibilities include planning and executing 3D scanning, point cloud processing, project design, and preparation of technical documentation. The work also includes BIM coordination, simple measurements such as radon testing, as well as calculations and quotation work. You will work both independently and in project teams where you participate in the entire chain – from customer contact and sales to delivery. Your workplace is our office in Örnsköldsvik and we would appreciate it if you live in the city or are willing to consider relocating here. Travel is part of the position, primarily in connection with 3D scanning assignments. Your Formal Qualifications We are looking for someone with a YH (upper secondary vocational) education in construction with experience from the construction industry, or a university engineering degree in building technology. We are also interested in measurement technicians and surveying engineers, where you should have at least two years of YH education. - It is an advantage if you have experience from the construction sector and/or experience with geodetic surveying techniques. - Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. - Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365 are required. - Knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is an advantage. - Experience with Revit or other BIM tools and work with 3D scanning, surveying techniques, or point clouds is an advantage, but not required. - You have a driver's license for a passenger car.
