Your Assignment As a Technical Project Manager/Installation Planner, you will be part of the Technology Division. The division is tasked with providing FRA with the technical systems needed for operations. The division develops, maintains, and deploys new technical systems as well as handles operations and maintenance of existing systems. As an installation planner with us, you will be the hub for our hardware installations. Your job is to ensure that everything fits together – from planning to completed installation. In this role, you will have your own responsibility for your projects. This means that you will: - Prepare the documentation for installations - Check what needs to be procured - Ensure that all activities and deployments occur in the right order and on time You will become our expert in installation planning and will participate in discussions where your knowledge is needed. We work agile, so you will be part of an active workflow and plan your work together with your colleagues in the planning group. But the role is about more than just technology. You will lead others in their work and have an important role in keeping the team together and ensuring that we have a positive atmosphere and good momentum. You get to work independently, take your own responsibility, and in some cases also keep track of the budget for your assignments. Business travel may occur. You Can We are looking for someone who has: - Academic education in a relevant field, such as electronics, mechanics, mechatronics, or equivalent knowledge obtained in other ways - At least two years of technical development work - Good computer skills - Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing - B-class driver's license We consider it meritorious if you have expertise in one or more of the following areas: - Electrical and telecommunications schematic design - Electronics and telecommunications technology - Antenna or radio technology - Aircraft or marine technical installation - System security - Regulatory requirements - Practical experience with agile methodology, such as SAFe - Knowledge in AutoCAD - Good ability to express yourself in English, both verbally and in writing You Are We are looking for someone with the following qualities: - Collaboration skills – Works well with other people.
