ABOUT THE POSITION: As a Technical Project Manager, you will become part of an established and collaborative team consisting of project managers, service technicians, and finance functions. Together, you will work on delivering complex technical projects and customized solutions to operations across several different industries. You will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and monitoring the technical and financial aspects of projects. The role involves close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders where you translate technical requirements and customer needs into feasible solutions. Initially, you will work closely with experienced project managers to gradually assume greater responsibility for project implementation and development. The work is varied and combines technical problem-solving, project management, procurement, and customer dialogue. Travel is part of the role in connection with customer visits, project meetings, and follow-ups. You will, for example: - Drive and coordinate technical projects from order to completed delivery - Develop technical documentation, component lists, and specifications for orders and procurement - Work with process flow diagrams and calculations - Coordinate and execute procurement of equipment and major components - Monitor project finances together with the finance manager - Participate in project meetings with customers, suppliers, and internal project groups - Handle and analyze incoming request documentation - Contribute to the development of quotations and business proposals - Travel to customer facilities throughout Sweden for project meetings and follow-ups WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAVE: - Post-secondary education in energy, process, mechanical engineering, or similar - Work experience from project management, project coordination, or similar technical roles - Technical interest and a desire to develop within the energy and process industry - Good computer skills and experience with the Office package - Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work - B-class driver's license It is meritorious if you have: - Experience from the energy, process, or facility industry, for example, heating plants, combined heat and power plants, or other technical facilities We will place great emphasis on your personal suitability. The ambition from the customer and our side is that you will transition to employment with the customer after a period of time.
