Technical Project Manager with drive and engineering expertise to Hedemora Turbo & Diesel Do you want to take on a key role where you lead technical projects from start to finish? Do you have an engineering background and thrive at the intersection of technology, finance, and customer contact? Then you might be the one we're looking for! About the Role As a Technical Project Manager at Hedemora Turbo & Diesel, you have overall responsibility for driving our technical projects from order placement to final delivery. You ensure that we meet our set goals regarding time, quality, and cost. The role offers exciting variety where you combine strategic leadership with practical technical work. Main Responsibilities: Plan, lead, and coordinate technical projects. Establish and follow up detailed project plans. Act as technical contact point for our customers. Work with quotation tasks and certain design work. Drive internal improvement work and development of our working methods. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is a natural leader with a strong technical interest and good business acumen. You are structured, thorough with follow-up, and find it easy to collaborate with both internal teams and external customers. Your Qualifications: Educated mechanical engineer or equivalent professional experience. Experience successfully leading and driving technical projects. Experience with design work and CAD tools (we use Autodesk Inventor). Good understanding of financial follow-up in projects. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, procurement, and production. Experience working in business systems (we use SAP). Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
