About the Position This is a full-time consulting assignment where you'll be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Cgrain. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment. About the Company Cgrain is a Swedish technology company based in Uppsala, founded in 2013 in collaboration with Lantmännen. The company develops solutions for grain quality analysis, where both hardware and software work together. By using image analysis and AI models, Cgrain helps its customers make better decisions regarding quality, pricing, and handling of raw materials. In recent years, Cgrain has transitioned from being an innovation-driven development team to now being in a growth phase where the focus is on scaling up operations and creating clearer structure. The team currently consists of a small number of employees, but the plan is to grow further during the year. You'll become part of a new team being built up, with a focus on customer projects and delivery. Responsibilities As a Technical Project Manager, you're responsible for driving customer-related projects connected to Cgrain's AI-based analysis solutions. You serve as the link between technology and the customer, ensuring that projects are executed in a structured manner and that the customers' data and materials are of the right quality. You work in close collaboration with developers and AI engineers, driving projects forward until the models can be trained and put into use. The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally, and you'll have customers in several different industries and parts of the world. Examples of responsibilities: Lead and coordinate customer projects related to data collection and model development Support customers in how they collect and structure data (primarily image material) Analyze data together with customers Ensure quality in project deliverables and follow up on results Collaborate with internal developers and AI engineers Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent work experience Previous experience in project management Understanding of data handling, statistics, and analytical work Meritorious to have experience working in international environments Strong proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written You're someone who thrives in an environment where a lot is happening and structures are being built. You take responsibility for creating order in your work and drive your projects forward in a clear and pragmatic way. At the same time, you're curious and want to understand both the technology and the customer's needs in depth. You work well with different types of people and feel comfortable in dialogue with customers, regardless of organization or industry. To succeed in the role, you also need to have a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute—both to the team's development and to how work methods and processes are shaped going forward.
