Apply today – we work with continuous selection! ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for driving customer projects from quotation and design through final delivery. You have overall responsibility for project economics, timeline, and quality, and ensure that deliveries meet customer requirements and expectations. You become a central link between customers, suppliers, and internal specialist teams, ensuring that different competencies work together to advance the projects. You work closely with designers, automation engineers, and production on projects consisting of customized automation solutions and special machinery where each delivery is unique. Your main responsibilities: Coordinate and drive customer projects through the entire project lifecycle. Responsible for project economics, timeline, and quality. Coordinate internal teams, customers, and suppliers. Work closely with designers, automation engineers, and production to ensure project progress. Participate in quotation work and development of customized technical solutions. Ensure that technical requirements and quality goals are met. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO: Have a technical background in, for example, automation, design, or mechanical engineering and have worked with complex industrial solutions. Perhaps you work in a technical role today and want to take the next step toward project management, or you already have experience driving smaller projects or subprojects. We would like to see that you have experience from industry-related activities, for example within automation or machinery manufacturing. The most important thing is that you have a good technical understanding, a structured work approach, and enjoy a role where you coordinate people, technology, and customer needs. For this role, we would like you to have: Relevant higher education or university degree in engineering or similar field. Experience driving projects, subprojects, or technical deliveries. Good ability to understand and work based on technical specifications. Experience from operations where quality, structure, and documentation are important parts of the work. Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing. We believe you are a driven and structured person who enjoys taking responsibility and creating momentum in projects. You have an easy time building trust and collaborating with both customers and colleagues, while working in a solution-oriented manner and maintaining focus on project goals. You are curious, communicative, and motivated by developing in a technologically advanced environment where you can combine technology, problem-solving, and project management.
