Technical Project Manager

About the Role As a Technical Project Manager, you will hold a central position in an international industrial operation where you are responsible for driving technical projects from concept to implementation. You work closely with production and collaborate with multiple parts of the organization to ensure that projects deliver desired results in terms of quality, efficiency, and business value. You will be part of a smaller team where personal responsibility, initiative, and collaboration are highly valued. Your main areas of responsibility: Lead technical production and investment projects through the entire project cycle, from planning to implementation Manage investments in new production equipment and machinery Drive projects related to renovations, relocation, and installation of machines and equipment Identify and implement improvement and efficiency initiatives in production Ensure stakeholder buy-in for projects, investments, and decisions Collaborate with international colleagues and represent the local operation in global projects This is a role for you if you want to combine technology, project management, and business development in a production-focused environment where you have the opportunity to make a real difference. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a technical engineering background and experience in successfully leading technical projects within the manufacturing industry or similar operations. You are accustomed to taking overall responsibility for projects and feel comfortable navigating between technology, production, investments, and different stakeholder groups. To succeed in this role, we see that you: Have completed engineering education in, for example, mechanical engineering, industrial economics, or equivalent Have experience in technical project management within manufacturing industry Have documented experience in independently driving projects from start to completion Have a genuine interest in technology, production, and industrial processes Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written We would like to see that you have held a broad project management role where you have worked close to operations and taken responsibility for both strategic and operational matters. As a person, you are driven, structured, and solution-oriented. You have an easy way of building relationships and creating trust, while being skilled at bringing people together around common goals. With your engagement and your ability to turn ideas into action, you drive projects forward and ensure they reach their goals. Additional Qualifications It is extra positive if you have: Experience with CAD Experience with or knowledge of the Oracle business system The assignment is full-time with placement in Lindesberg. The customer wishes to fill the role as soon as possible, and start is according to agreement with the consultant offered the assignment. Since the role is closely linked to production, the consultant is expected to work on-site primarily, with the possibility of remote work one day per week. Prior to assignment start, screening or testing may be conducted according to the customer's procedures.
