ABOUT THE ROLE As a Technical Lead, you are responsible for developing and refining our customers' IT environments within servers, networking, and infrastructure. You become a strategic advisor and technical partner to customers, while also serving as a technical sounding board for colleagues internally. The role is equally about development as it is about operations. You will, among other things: · Be technically responsible for our customer environments · Identify improvement and development opportunities · Participate in and drive infrastructure projects · Serve as a technical advisor at customer meetings · Contribute to pre-sales and solution design · Ensure stability, security, and future-proofing of customers' IT environments · Share knowledge and contribute to the team's continued development Here you get the opportunity to influence technical choices, architecture, and working methods, not just maintain what already exists! QUALIFICATIONS We believe you have several years of experience working with IT infrastructure, either as a consultant, specialist, or in an internal IT organization. You have good experience in several of the following areas: · Windows Server · Networking, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks · VMware or other virtualization · Operations, troubleshooting, and further development of IT infrastructure It is also a merit if you have experience with: · Veeam or other backup solutions · Hosting or data center environments · Microsoft 365 · Azure Certifications are positive but not required. We value your experience, curiosity, and desire to continue developing higher than the number of certificates on the wall. WHO ARE YOU?
