Job Description
At Speed, you become part of a small team that together handles large volumes and an advanced workflow. Here you get an important role in daily operations and in ensuring that the business runs smoothly – every day.
As a warehouse associate, you work in a modern, automated environment where AGVs and Radioshuttles handle most of the pallet flows. Your role will be to support and complement automation through manual forklift tasks, quality controls, goods receipt, documentation, and ongoing follow-up.
It is varied work where the days can look different, and where you get great responsibility for solving tasks that arise. You make a difference by working in a structured manner, taking responsibility for quality, and ensuring that the flow never stops.
Examples of work tasks:
Unloading and loading with manual forklifts
Goods receipt and inspection of incoming goods
Monitoring automated flows and alarm handling in the workflow
Handling full pallet flows for Carlsberg
Reprocessing of palletized goods
Quality checks and documentation
Daily contact with drivers and external transport companies
Ongoing tasks to ensure order, quality, and an even flow
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who thrives in an operational role and who enjoys working in a structured and quality-conscious manner. To be a good fit with us, we believe that you:
Have experience with warehouse work – preferably in an environment where automation is involved
Are comfortable with forklift operation
Have technical interest and understand how systems, machines, and flows interact
Are flexible and enjoy varied work tasks
Can take own initiative and handle situations that arise
Are meticulous with documentation and quality
Thrive in a team where everyone helps each other and supports one another
Can work shifts (5-shift schedule)
You communicate clearly and fluently in Swedish, and English is a plus.
