Technical Coordinator at Manufacturing Company in Södertälje

Your Responsibilities In this role, you will: * Handle claims and warranty matters * Provide technical support and participate in troubleshooting with customers * Manage spare parts receipt and spare parts sales * Order and follow up on inventory items and consumables * Work with technical procurement of components and materials * Handle order administration and follow up on ongoing matters * Have daily contact with customers, suppliers, and business partners * Document technical solutions, installations, and functions * Develop instructions, product information, and functional descriptions Your Profile We are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest who enjoys finding solutions when challenges arise. You are service-oriented, thorough, and well-organized while being able to handle multiple tasks in parallel without compromising quality or focus. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: * Technical education or equivalent work experience * Ability to read and understand technical documentation, drawings, and electrical schematics * Experience in administration, customer service, order handling, or spare parts management * Good computer skills and experience with business or administrative systems * Ability to plan, prioritize, and drive matters from start to finish * Experience documenting and communicating technical solutions * Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Merits * Experience from the automotive industry, workshops, technical support, or aftermarket * Knowledge of electrical systems, vehicle equipment, or customized technical systems * Experience with business systems, for example Monitor * Experience photographing and documenting installations and technical work About Us Auxante AB is a Swedish staffing and recruitment company serving the industrial sector.
