As a Technical IT Strategist with us, you will become a key person in the work of building, automating, and managing the future identity and access platform for the City of Gothenburg's employees and students. You collaborate closely with our teams in Identity and Access and contribute to ongoing initiatives to create more flexible, automated, and high-performing solutions. You will work with, among other things: working together with the Operations team to develop the unit's infrastructure for identity and access working together with the Operations team to manage cases that are classified as 3rd line issues within IAM troubling and finding solutions to incidents and problems within IAM handling various types of 'requests' and 'changes' within IAM following up and developing proactive measures within IAM analyzing and resolving security risks within IAM participating in preliminary studies and assignments within IAM documenting knowledge articles within IAM About You We are looking for someone with a university degree in IT infrastructure or equivalent experience that we consider equivalent. You have a few years of experience in IT operations and management, and you have worked with support, operations, and management at companies/organizations with an organizational structure with multiple subsidiaries/administrations and many system dependencies. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. In the role as Technical IT Strategist, you have experience with: infrastructure, operations, and management monitoring environments management of IT services incident management in Service Now or equivalent application support It is meritorious if you have experience with: identity and access management PowerShell large, complex organizations/large complex architecture containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) As a person, you take initiative, start activities, and achieve results whether you work alone or with others. You have strong commitment and enthusiasm for your work. As part of the team, you drive issues forward and contribute to the development of our solutions. Furthermore, you are motivated by learning new things and developing. You come up with new ideas and take initiative for improvements. You actively monitor your professional field and regularly reflect on what needs to be developed in your operations. An important part of your personality is that you are skilled at collaborating where you listen, are humble, communicate, and solve problems that may arise. You are skilled at communicating and adapting your message to the recipient, both verbally and in writing. As a Technical IT Strategist with us, it is important that you can effectively identify and analyze the core of a problem and suggest possible solutions.
