About the Job With us, you will work alongside people with extensive experience who enjoy sharing their knowledge. In a spirit of collaboration and pursuit of common goals, you'll work on many different things, but a significant portion of your time will be spent on information protection, data protection, and compliance in the Microsoft 365 environment – including Microsoft Purview and sensitivity labels. You will also support the organization on security matters and help ensure the administration meets regulatory requirements. The range is broad between your various tasks; for example, one day it might be a difficult bug to solve, another day a new technical solution, and the third day an improvement to an existing application. You will have great opportunities to influence the choice of solutions and technical frameworks. About You We are looking for someone with higher education in IT or equivalent experience that we consider equivalent. You have several years of experience working with Microsoft environments in the following areas: - Security & Compliance in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Microsoft Purview, information protection, data protection, and compliance) - M365 Admin Center and Entra ID portal - Outlook/Exchange - SharePoint/OneDrive - Teams - PowerShell - Microsoft licensing model - Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise It is a merit if you have competence in the following areas: - Education or certification in Security & Compliance - Microsoft Defender/Purview portal - NIS2 knowledge - ITIL - Knowledge management - User support - Experience from large operational environments (20,000+ users) Beyond your technical competence, we also place great emphasis on your personal qualities and abilities, such as your analytical skills.
