About the role As a Technical Procurement Coordinator, you will work as a consultant via Jefferson Wells at one of our customers - a leading player in the high-tech industry. The assignment is a staffing role with good opportunities to transition into direct employment with the customer over time. In the role, you will work at the intersection of technology and procurement. You are an important part of ensuring correct article data and material selection, and serve as support to procurement specialists on technical matters related to suppliers and production requirements. You will analyze technical documentation, manage material data in systems, and contribute to cost-effective procurement. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and procurement specialists across various projects. You report to the section manager for technical procurement. Your main responsibilities - Create and maintain procurement items in material catalog - Ensure that mandatory attributes are correctly registered - Prepare and manage purchase requisitions based on system and project needs - Consolidate purchases to achieve cost-effective solutions - Procure materials for projects with long-term delivery plans (forecast purchasing) - Support procurement specialists with technical expertise in supplier discussions - Contribute to collaboration between internal functions and project teams Your profile To succeed in the role, we see that you have a structured working approach and thrive in a high-pace environment. You are self-driven, thorough, and have a good ability to plan your work. You collaborate easily and build strong relationships with both colleagues and external parties. Furthermore, you have a technical interest and appreciate working with details and analysis. We are looking for someone who has - 3-8 years of experience in a relevant field - Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Good knowledge of the Office suite It is a plus if you have - Experience with spare parts procurement (technology and procurement) - Knowledge of different material types - Relevant educational background - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Contact network In the role you have a broad network of contacts: Internal: procurement specialists, engineers, technicians, project managers, material planners, etc. External: suppliers and partners What we offer You are offered an exciting role in a high-tech and growing environment at one of our attractive customers.
