About the Assignment We at Novare are a proud and approved supplier of the Swedish state framework agreement. We are now looking for a technical property manager at the Swedish National Property Board in Stockholm. As a technical property manager at the agency, you will be responsible for long-term maintenance planning of parks and grounds, taking into account their economic and cultural-historical value. You will work on projects where you will be responsible for budget, planning, procurement, coordination, and follow-up. The role also includes developing maintenance plans for both parks and trees as well as risk tree assessments. Since several of the properties have cultural-historical value, a special approach is required. Certain parts of the position may be security classified, which means you may need to undergo a background check and security clearance. Requirements for the Position - Relevant education, e.g., landscape engineer, landscape architect, or equivalent professional experience - At least three (3) years of experience working with tree maintenance and risk tree management - At least three (3) years of experience working as a project manager - At least three (3) years of experience in public procurement - At least three (3) years of experience with laws, regulations, and other requirements related to property owner responsibility and contractor law - Class B driver's license - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Meritorious Requirements for the Position - Experience with parks and grounds with cultural-historical value - Knowledge of park and ground matters. Assignment Period and Scope The assignment is full-time for the period October 26 – October 25, 2027, with the possibility of extension.
