About the Role
As a Technical Property Manager, you will be responsible for the technical management and development of your own portfolio of public sector properties. This is a broad and varied role, and together with our Financial Property Managers, you will ensure that our properties are developed in a sustainable, business-oriented, and long-term manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Long-term development of property technical standards, energy efficiency, and sustainability
• Ensure stable, safe, and cost-effective operations
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize energy consumption, operational data, and technical systems
• Plan and implement maintenance and reinvestment measures from a lifecycle perspective
• Initiate and drive energy and sustainability projects
• Lead smaller technical projects and contribute to larger investment projects
• Procure, manage, and follow up with contractors, consultants, and service providers
• Ensure that properties comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines
• Contribute to providing tenants with safe, functional, and sustainable premises
• Close collaboration with financial property managers, project developers, operations contractors, and our tenants
About Hemsö

You will be part of Region Midt and will be based at our office in central Norrköping, where five committed employees work together in technical and financial property management. You will report to the Team Manager for Property Management. Properties are located in Norrköping, Linköping, Jönköping, and Nyköping.

Through an unpretentious and professional approach, you build trusting relationships with both tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
You have some form of post-secondary education in property, construction, or technology and a couple of years of experience in technical property management and energy efficiency. You have a good understanding of property economics, experience with digital property systems, and monitoring of operational and energy data. For this role, you need a driver's license (Category B) and good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Advantageous are experience in project management and knowledge of ventilation, plumbing, and control systems.
