The Property Department at the Technical Office is an important player in creating the physical conditions for the municipality's administrations to deliver their welfare services. The municipality's real estate portfolio, which amounts to approximately 200,000 m2, includes preschools, schools, special housing, culture & leisure facilities, commercial spaces, and residential properties. Danderyd Municipality is facing several major investment projects. The Property Department is simultaneously conducting development work in long-term maintenance planning of our portfolio. Therefore, the Property Department is undergoing an important transition where we are strengthening our organization, and we are now seeking a technical facilities manager for our property operations. Placement will be at our operations office next to Enebyberg Square.

WORK DUTIES
The position as technical facilities manager involves overall planning and development of preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, operations projects, and maintenance. You will be overall responsible for regulatory inspections and operations project administration within property operations. On-call duties may occur in the form of backup call.
The work duties include, for example:
• Take responsibility for and ensure that regulatory requirements are handled, followed up, and that remarks are addressed regarding the technical installations of the properties so that the property owner's responsibility is fulfilled
• Plan/manage operations and ensure preventive maintenance of technical systems to ensure performance and functionality
• Serve as an expert in property technical matters, conduct operations meetings, and provide training as needed
• In coordination with administrators and others within the operations unit, take responsibility for compiling and reporting maintenance needs related to technical installations
• In collaboration within the unit, inventory, investigate, and assess the status/performance of installations and report current and future maintenance needs
• Prepare decision-making documents and profitability calculations regarding investments in property installations
• Initiate, lead, and follow up investigations and smaller projects
• Take responsibility for regulatory requirements and reporting as well as program management related to regulatory requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who:
• have documented experience from several years of work in technical facilities management
• have documented knowledge within ventilation
• have experience in preparing operations and maintenance budgets and forecasts
• have experience coordinating smaller and medium-sized projects with our framework agreement contractors
• are comfortable working digitally with Office 365 as a work tool and learn different types of systems easily
• have experience working with case management
• have good ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in Swedish, given that the work involves many contacts internally and externally
It is meritorious if you have:
• work experience from public administration
• experience with superior SCADA systems
• experience with regulatory requirements in real estate and their follow-up
