Your Assignment As a technical administrator specializing in security systems, you are responsible for ensuring efficient, secure, and sustainable long-term management and development of the municipality's technical security systems. The role encompasses both operational and strategic responsibility and means you are the system owner for areas such as camera surveillance, alarms, locks, and access control systems. The role does not involve installing the systems, but you need good technical understanding and the ability to set requirements, follow up on, and develop solutions. You are an important link between operations, facility management, project activities, and external suppliers. Responsibilities: Access control systems and authorization structures Lock systems and key management Burglar alarms and camera surveillance Function, operation, and availability of security systems Ensure that systems meet applicable legal requirements and internal guidelines, own and develop the systems over time Structure, standards, and long-term function Fulfill political and operational goals Work Tasks: Follow up on fault reports, incidents, and system performance Act as client in relation to contractors and suppliers Follow up on deliveries, quality, and finances Be the contact person for operations on security matters related to properties and technical systems Plan and follow up on preventive maintenance Prioritize and coordinate measures based on needs and risk assessment Ensure documentation and system structure Develop and update long-term maintenance and investment plans Drive development and standardization of security systems Participate in and support projects for new construction and renovations Develop technical guidelines and requirement specifications Participate in procurement and call-offs according to framework agreements Ensure cost-effective solutions Collaborate with facility management, project managers, and the municipality's security function This is Required for the Position Post-secondary education in real estate, technology, security, or equivalent, or work experience that the employer deems equivalent. Experience working with security systems such as alarms, access control, and CCTV Experience in technical management, operations, or projects Good systems understanding of technical security systems Basic knowledge of network/IP-based systems Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations Meritorious: Knowledge of public procurement Meritorious: Experience in client roles or contractor management To obtain employment, an extract from the Police's criminal record register must be provided.
