The Southern Scania Market Area conducts property management and currently has approximately 150 employees within Financial and Technical Management, Customer Group and Property Services. We are now looking for a new colleague in Malmö As a manager, you have a central role in our customer-oriented organization. You are responsible for ongoing dialogue with our customers, which are primarily housing cooperatives located in the Malmö/Lund area. You will have full access to all the broad property expertise available within Riksbyggen. You ensure that customer needs are combined with the right resources from Riksbyggen. This means you work closely with other managers, accountants, customer representatives, maintenance technicians and property caretakers. With us you make a difference You are the contact person for housing cooperative members and tenants regarding questions related to technical management. The manager is responsible for ongoing management and operation of our customers' properties and this includes: - Planning - Procurement and implementation of maintenance projects - Responsibility for contacts with authorities and suppliers Other areas of responsibility include: - Reviewing and preparing maintenance plans - Handling insurance matters and incident cases - Handling authority inspections, supervision and maintenance inspections You contribute with your expertise and commitment We are looking for someone with academic education from university/college or equivalent with a focus on property management, building and/or property technology. You have experience working with customer relations, you have knowledge of laws and regulatory requirements relevant to the field, and you have experience interpreting and preparing procurement and contract documents. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who is customer-oriented and has the ability to see and meet our customers' needs – you want to be part of developing and creating good living environments. It is important that you are social and have the ability to create an open and trusting dialogue where proactivity and feedback to the customer are very important. You have great problem-solving skills and want to work in a business-like manner. You enjoy working towards goals and finding new ways to develop yourself and the organization around you. You provide good service and always act professionally. You have a B-class driver's license and access to your own car. You have good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written. If you have experience from board assignments or work in a housing cooperative, we see that as an advantage. The position is permanent full-time with placement in Malmö but work in other locations within the market area may occur.
