With us, you will become part of an engaged team of five colleagues who together are responsible for the technical management of GöteborgsLokaler's property portfolio. We operate from our office in Gårda and work closely together to develop our properties and create attractive environments for our tenants. Your Assignment As a technical facility manager, you will have a central role in the day-to-day management of our properties. You are responsible for ensuring smooth operations and maintaining our properties to a high technical standard, while building good relationships with our tenants and partners. You will work closely with property managers, center developers, and your direct manager in a team where you together are responsible for the development of your properties. The role is varied and combines technical responsibility with financial follow-up, project management, and supplier management. Your main responsibilities include: Planning, coordinating, and following up planned and ongoing operational and maintenance work. Ensuring that regulatory requirements are met and taking responsibility for inspections and damage follow-up. Being a close contact for our tenants by receiving and following up on fault reports and ensuring good service. Ordering and following up on operational and maintenance services according to our framework agreements and ensuring that work is performed with the right quality and within agreed timeframes. Collaborating on energy and operational optimization together with an energy engineer to develop property performance and deliver on Sustainability targets. Updating maintenance plans in close collaboration with property managers responsible for their property portfolios. Initiating, procuring, and leading minor maintenance, repair, and tenant adaptation projects. Taking responsibility for procurement, agreements, and follow-up of contractors and suppliers. Establishing, following up, and being responsible for budgets within operations, maintenance, and minor technical investments. Your Profile We are looking for someone who has: Post-secondary education in building technology, construction, installation, or other relevant education, or equivalent work experience. Experience in procurement and management of contractors. Good understanding of building technical systems, operations, and maintenance. You have experience in technical facility management or another equivalent role where you have worked with operations, maintenance, and development of properties. You have a genuine technical interest and enjoy combining a practical approach with planning, economics, and collaboration. As a person, you are confident, structured, and responsible. You work independently, take your own initiatives, and drive your matters forward while finding it easy to collaborate with colleagues, tenants, and external contractors. You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and have good communication skills. The role also requires you to be flexible and enjoy a workday where tasks vary. We also see that you have: Good administrative skills and experience working in various digital systems. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
