Technical Facilities Manager

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Technical Facilities Manager. This is a full-time position expected to start on August 27, 2026 and run through May 31, 2027. About the Assignment We are looking for an experienced technical facilities manager for an extended consulting assignment at a major real estate company in Stockholm. This role is ideal for someone with broad technical expertise in property management and experience working with regulatory requirements, maintenance planning, and providing technical support. The role is operational and broad, with significant independent responsibility. You will work on ensuring regulatory compliance, driving and monitoring initiatives, and providing technical support to the organization. As a technical facilities manager, you will among other things: Ensure regulatory compliance in areas such as OVK, radon, and fire safety, and drive necessary measures. Take responsibility for maintenance planning and provide technical support within property management. Collaborate with other technical managers and support functions on maintenance, processes, and initiatives. Act as an internal project coordinator and develop relevant decision-making documentation. Document and monitor regulatory requirements and maintenance in Greenview. Start: August 27, 2026 End: May 31, 2027 Scope: 100%, 40 hours per week Location: Stockholm Employment type: Employed by Devotum as the client does not accept subcontractors in this process. About You We are looking for candidates who meet the following mandatory requirements: At least 5 years of experience as a technical facilities manager or in an equivalent role, such as property manager or operations manager. Experience with responsibility for regulatory requirements and associated measures. Documented experience working in Greenview for at least 3 months. Experience with maintenance planning. Experience acting as an internal project coordinator. Broad technical understanding of building systems, operations, maintenance, and property management.
