About the Role
As a technical property manager, you'll be responsible for developing and managing our parking garages and surface parking areas - from concept to completion. You'll drive maintenance work, initiate improvements, and lead projects through the entire process: planning, implementation, and follow-up.
You'll become an important part of our property management team and work in close collaboration with skilled colleagues to secure long-term value in our facilities. The role offers an exciting mix of technology, economics, and operations where you'll truly make a difference.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you'll among other things:
Manage technical systems (electrical, ventilation, control, and monitoring)
Drive planned maintenance and technical improvements
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and laws
Work on troubleshooting and optimization of facilities
Participate in energy optimization and sustainability initiatives
Lead projects and renovations - from start to completion
Hold client responsibility toward suppliers
Work with budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up
Provide technical support to the operations team

Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
University degree in property management or equivalent
Several years of experience in technical property management or similar
Experience with energy systems
Experience with project work
Meritorious:
Project management experience
Experience from public sector operations
Knowledge of LOU (Swedish Public Procurement Act)
