You meet customers in the store, help them find the right products and solutions, and ensure they receive top-class service. Your responsibilities include: Sales and customer advice in the store. Order handling and quote preparation. Manufacturing and assembly of hydraulic hoses. Goods receipt, warehouse management, and stocking the store. Active work to develop customer relationships and create additional sales. Collaboration with colleagues to ensure high service levels and efficient workflows. The position is located in Umeå and involves varying work days where no two days are alike. Start Date: September 2026 Working Hours: Mon - Fri 7-16 About You We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoys working with people. You have a genuine interest in sales and are motivated by helping customers find the right solution. We believe you have: Sales experience, preferably from retail or technical trade. A good sense of service and customer interaction. Interest in technology or experience from industry, hydraulics, construction, or similar fields is a plus. Good computer skills. Class B driver's license. As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and comfortable working both independently and together with your colleagues.
