ABOUT THE POSITION: We are seeking a careful and well-organized technical planner to join a growing team in the manufacturing industry in Hallsberg. This role will strengthen our team and is a key position where you contribute to ensuring that production is always well-prepared and that the right information is in the right place – at the right time. You are equally comfortable behind a screen as you are out in production. In fact, you see the value in understanding the full picture – knowing what it actually looks like in the workshop makes you a better planner. You prepare and plan for changes in production and workshop environments – this can involve ensuring that new information is posted at workstations, that operators have access to the right technical documentation, or that barcodes and material flows are prepared for smooth operations. Key responsibilities: - Plan and prepare for changes in the production environment prior to implementation - Create and maintain technical documentation and instructions - Ensure that information is correct, current, and accessible to operators - Manage material orders and inventory status in business systems (SAP) - Coordinate with technicians and production management for optimal workflow - Be an active link between the office and the workshop WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO: - Have a technical background, preferably with experience from industry or production - Have worked with planning, technical documentation, or similar technical administrative roles - Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, as the role involves contact with many different parties IT IS ADVANTAGEOUS IF YOU HAVE: - Experience with SAP or similar business systems - Experience from the manufacturing industry - Interest in digitalization and process improvement AS A PERSON YOU ARE: - Structured, careful, and comfortable creating order in complex workflows - Comfortable moving around in a workshop environment and understand the importance of the practical perspective ABOUT THE POSITION: This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday.
