As a Technical Case Coordinator in overhead line and fiber optic maintenance, you will have a responsible and varied role with overall responsibility for incoming cases concerning the maintenance of Svenska kraftnät's overhead lines.
The cases handled often involve requests from external parties, such as government agencies, municipalities, network operators, contractors, or property owners, frequently regarding crossings or construction near our power lines. The work includes, among other things, preparation and interpretation of technical information and drawings, compilation of responses in compliance with applicable requirements and regulations, certain registration and documentation, and communication with both internal and external parties.
The position will also include:
Receive, register, and manage incoming cases and requests.
Handle requests from, for example, government agencies, municipalities, network operators, contractors, and property owners, often related to crossings or construction near our power lines.
Interpret drawings, maps, and technical information related to power lines.
Compile information for, for example, elevation surveys, crossings, pole types, and grounding design.
Contribute to the development and improvement of working methods and processes.
Ongoing dialogue with colleagues to gather information and coordinate cases for statements and responses.
Support maintenance engineers in various tasks.

As a Technical Case Coordinator, you will be part of the Overhead Lines and Fiber Optic unit. We are responsible for the operational maintenance of overhead lines and fiber optics (passive network). The unit's operations are divided into three geographic areas for line maintenance and one for fiber optics. The unit employs maintenance engineers and technical case coordinators.
About You
Mandatory Requirements
We are seeking someone with technical understanding and experience interpreting drawings and other technical information, as well as a good understanding of systems and structures. You communicate well in both speech and writing and have the ability to communicate clearly with different audiences. As a person, you are structured and analytical, with a strong ability to work systematically and solve problems. You remain calm under pressure and thrive in a role where you collaborate with others and build good relationships, while also being able to work independently and drive your work forward.

Furthermore, you have a secondary technical education or equivalent competence acquired in another way that Svenska kraftnät considers equivalent. You also have:
Good technical knowledge of power lines.
Documented strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
Work experience in case management with a technical nature.
Work experience in handling referrals/remittances.
Work experience interpreting drawings, maps, and technical data.
Meritorious
B-category driver's license
Have worked in a similar case management role in transmission or regional networks—this is highly meritorious.
Have worked in project form and are used to handling many different questions and cases simultaneously.
Can handle IFS, W3D3, Arc GIS Pro, AGOL, ServiceNow.
Work experience with grounding systems.
Work experience with low and medium voltage networks.
Work experience with step and touch voltage.
