Technical Application Manager (TAF) for Digitalization and eHealth at Södertälje Hospital:
As a technical application manager, you work with the management and further development of systems from a technical perspective to provide optimal IT support for Södertälje Hospital's operations. You provide expertise regarding the system's technical infrastructure, integrations, and technical requirements.
You work closely with colleagues in digitalization and eHealth as well as Medical Technology (MT), together forming a group that develops the field and works cross-functionally, primarily in the procurement function. The role also involves close collaboration with healthcare operations and our external providers.
Your responsibilities include, for example:
- Establishing requirements for infrastructure and integrations to ensure systems are optimally equipped based on operational needs
- Preparing management and activity plans
- Planning and monitoring budgets within your area of responsibility
- Monitoring work performed by Södertälje Hospital and the region's providers to ensure operational needs are met
- Contributing to a sustainable IT environment at Södertälje Hospital
- Leading and/or participating in assignments within IT/MT

Requirements:
- Relevant post-secondary education in IT or similar, and experience in IT or what we consider equivalent
- Good administrative ability, structure, and initiative
- Developed communication skills and service awareness for collaboration with healthcare staff
- Documented handling of system upgrades, configuration changes, and problem management
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
- Previous experience with systems used in healthcare and application management
- Work as an IT specialist and/or technical project manager
- Work with medical technology
- Work within Region Stockholm
- Work within healthcare
