Technical Facilities Manager at Locum

About the Assignment We are looking for a technical facilities manager for our client Locum. The assignment is expected to start immediately and will run for at least 6 months. This is a full-time position (100%). Your Responsibilities In this role, you will work on conducting needs analyses for property owner investments. You will be responsible for creating, updating, and monitoring multi-year maintenance plans as well as inventorying maintenance for technical installations. As a consultant in this role, you will also work on maintenance and smaller projects. Your responsibilities will also include: Preparing materials for investment planning. Leading steering committees during the implementation of construction projects where you are the project owner. Following up on commissioned construction projects. Receiving and reviewing project documentation with support from specialists. Ensuring that correct information is maintained in the property management systems. Managing the technical installations of the property objects. Planning measures based on energy plans for assigned property objects. Incident reporting and damage claims. Participating in strategic process work and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensuring that measures from audits and inspections of property systems are implemented. Performing rounds as needed. Contributing to development within your work area and participating in internal development projects. In this role, you will also have overall responsibility for preserving, developing, and enhancing property objects from a building technical perspective. The role involves serving as project owner for requirements specification, monitoring, and acceptance of construction projects related to property owner investments and planned maintenance. Your Qualifications University or college education in engineering or equivalent education. Several years of experience from similar positions in the real estate industry or other technical fields. Broad technical expertise and knowledge with a holistic perspective on technical systems. Some knowledge of LOU and AFF.
