In this role, you will combine technical craftsmanship with structured and efficient production work where quality, delivery reliability, and accuracy are at the center. As part of our CS Team, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and quality checking watches from some of the world's most well-known brands. About the Role As a Technician, you will work with servicing and repairing watches according to our established processes and quality standards. The role has a clear focus on production flow where you are responsible for delivering high-quality work within set timeframes. Your main responsibilities: Service and repair of watches following internal training. Battery replacements, pressure testing, link adjustments, crystal replacements, and module replacements. Testing and quality control of completed work. Planning and managing daily workflow to ensure efficient turnaround times. Documentation and follow-up according to applicable processes and quality requirements. We are Looking for You Have an interest in mechanics, electronics, or precision mechanical work. Are thorough and enjoy repetitive work where precision is crucial. Are motivated by achieving production and quality goals. Are self-directed, organized, and take responsibility. Thrive in a team-based environment and contribute to good collaboration. Have the ability to work efficiently even during periods of high demand.
