Your role As a technician with us, you work with fixed underground installations where you have a central role in planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance work and projects. You collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and external parties and have an important role in driving the work forward in your daily operations. In the role, you will, among other things: Plan and coordinate maintenance work Follow up and ensure that work is carried out according to requirements for time, quality, and resources Lead and participate in meetings related to maintenance and projects Collaborate with mechanics, contractors, and suppliers Ensure occupational environment and safety work, including responsibility within BAS-U You will become an important part of our work to develop our installations and create a more reliable and efficient operation. What you bring with you We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where you can take responsibility, collaborate with many different functions, and drive the work forward. You are communicative and find it easy to create dialogue with both colleagues and external parties. At the same time, you have strategic thinking and see how your work contributes to the bigger picture. You are solution-oriented in how you approach challenges and take responsibility in how you plan and execute your work. You also have: Upper secondary education Class B driver's license for manual transmission Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written Good experience with mechanical maintenance tasks Meritorious Experience in planning maintenance work Knowledge of blueprint reading We warmly welcome your application!
