We're looking for two new stars to strengthen our team: technicians with a focus on railway. 🚆🔧👷‍♂️ What will my responsibilities be? ⚡👷‍♀️⚒️ The role is primarily about working with customers in the railway sector. Overall, you'll be handling both large and small faults in communication systems. You'll receive work orders from the team's production planner or project manager. In your role, you'll be involved in both emergency troubleshooting and planned reconstructions in the track area. We provide round-the-clock service to our customers, where it's important that we perform quickly, safely, and professionally. In your role you will: maintain critical infrastructure both independently and in a team troubleshoot and repair service and replace copper and fiber cables be on call every fifth week provide high-quality service to customers As a technician, you'll have many different contacts—with our production planner who distributes and assigns work to available technicians, and with customers when needed. Sometimes you'll need to source what's necessary to solve the customer's problem, where communication is key. You'll report your time daily via phone or computer and provide ongoing updates during and after work is completed. Of course, you'll maintain close dialogue with our production planner and customers so they're informed about how the work is progressing. You'll primarily work in Luleå, though travel may occur as we always help each other out in the team when needed.
