What You Do As an IT Support Technician with us, you provide user support both physically on-site and remotely. You: - help colleagues with everyday technology: computers, printers, meeting rooms, mobile phones, etc. - solve problems, answer questions, and ensure users can move forward - perform new installations of Trafikverket computers - work in a ticket management system and follow up on your cases throughout their lifecycle - provide support via phone, email, and Skype—not just on-site - ensure spare parts and equipment are available - work both independently and in close collaboration with team members Some tasks may involve heavy lifting or awkward postures, but you'll have the right tools and support.
