Join us and drive change for coming generations. Your Role We are now seeking an Operations Technician whose main responsibility lies within ABB control systems. As an Operations Technician, you work closely with both operations and maintenance focused on crushing & infrastructure as well as the concentration plant with an emphasis on coordination and development within the operation. The role is independent and varied, where you drive improvement work, lead initiatives, and ensure that work follows our procedures, processes, and high safety standards. Collaboration is a central part of the assignment – you have many points of contact and contribute to creating clarity, structure, and progress in the operation. Your Team You will be part of a small team with broad responsibilities and have many contact points, both internally and externally. The work is based during daytime hours. We are also seeking an additional colleague for Operations Technician within gates, traverses, and hoists as well as grating and railings - see separate job posting. Your Tasks In this role, you will, among other things: Work with reporting systems for operational downtime Drive improvements in the ABB system for operators Lead and structure work meetings focused on operational matters Drive smaller projects related to the operation Prepare documentation, action plans, and follow-ups Participate in projects related to purchasing and equipment development Ensure that ergonomics, work environment, and safety are considered Be present in the operation and maintain ongoing dialogue with various functions Your Contribution We are looking for someone who works in a structured and independent manner and has a good ability to drive and follow up on improvement work. You are solution-oriented and thrive in a role with many contact points, where collaboration and communication are central elements. Furthermore, you have the ability to prioritize and work methodically even in longer processes. You contribute to a professional and trusting collaborative climate and work toward a safe, inclusive, and well-functioning work environment. Requirements: Upper secondary education Experience and good understanding of ABB control systems Good administrative skills and experience with Office programs Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Manual Class B driver's license It is an advantage if you have experience with purchasing machinery/equipment and a maintenance system, such as Maximo.
