The Prevention Unit serves people who are 65 years or older. The activities offer courses in technology, health, and crafts, social gatherings in the form of meeting points, and safe supported return home. The activities are offered at fixed locations and times, Bro and Kungsängen, as well as mobile services. The activities are available year-round, and the aim is for participants to feel community, safety, companionship, and to be strengthened as individuals. In summary, the goal is to achieve a more active and meaningful everyday life. We are now seeking a Technology Coach/Health Educator for the unit. Job Description Technology coach for seniors and provide support in the use of digital technology such as smartphones, tablets, apps, and digital public services. Plan and conduct digital courses that strengthen seniors' digital participation and independence. Plan and lead physical and social activities such as group exercise and seated gymnastics. Organize and conduct lectures, themed meetings, outings, and events. Collaborate with actors in the public and nonprofit sectors and volunteer activities. Document, follow up, and evaluate the activities. Develop the activities based on new findings, research, and evidence. We are looking for you who have: A relevant university education. Interest in digital inclusion and preferably experience supporting seniors in the use of technology and digital tools. Experience working with seniors and good understanding of the target group's conditions and needs. Ability to plan and conduct physical activity for seniors with varying functional levels. Good pedagogical skills and experience speaking to groups. Good ability to communicate in Swedish both orally and in writing. Good IT competence. B-class driver's license. You are reliable, flexible, relationship-building, and solution-focused.
