About the role
As Technical Manager Road/Land, you lead project design technically in both single and multidisciplinary assignments of varying sizes, with government, municipal and private clients. You plan and coordinate deliveries, resources and technical solutions together with project managers and designers, and become a technical hub that others turn to.
The work is supported by BIM, digital tools and efficient workflows, and you contribute both in individual assignments and in technology development within the unit. You are involved from start to finish in projects – from early stages to completed delivery.
Summary of work tasks:

Plan and coordinate deliveries, resources and technical solutions with project managers and designers
Work with BIM, digital tools and efficient workflows – and support colleagues in assignments and technology development
Contribute to the technical field in AMA texts
Develop the unit's working methods in collaboration with colleagues nationally and internationally
About you
You are communicative both internally and externally and take responsibility for what you drive. As a team player, you are unpretentious and are happy to help when needed – you are all in the same boat. Structure and attention to detail come naturally, which shows in work that often takes place at a detailed level.
You contribute energy and want to be part of developing the group. You thrive in a consulting profession with varying pace, where you can step up when there is a lot to do and take advantage of the quieter periods.
We are looking for you who have

Experience with AMA, CAD and BIM
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
