Salaspils Municipality Public Institution "Salaspils Culture House" Registration No. 90011556135 invites applications for the vacant position of CONCERT HALL TECHNICAL WORKER Main Requirements for Candidates: Secondary or professional education (preferably in technical field); Experience in technical, repair, or similar work for at least one year; Ability to work with hand and power tools; Technical thinking and practical approach to work; Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and fire safety regulations necessary for job duties; Knowledge of work at heights (certificate desired); State language proficiency level (minimum B2); Excellent communication and organizational skills; Initiative and ability to work independently, including outside standard working hours and in stressful situations; Category B driver's license. Main Responsibilities: Perform daily technical and support work (repairs, assembly, disassembly) and ensure procurement of necessary materials and goods; Maintain technical equipment, tools, and work environment in good condition; Assist in room preparation and arrangement before and after events, procure materials and goods needed for events; Place advertisements for events organized by the institution. We Offer: Monthly salary (gross) from 890 EUR to 979 EUR (after probation period) before tax payment; Bonus, vacation allowance, and additional leave depending on work performance evaluation; Social guarantees and health insurance (after probation period ends).
