Requirements for candidates: - Second-level higher education in engineering sciences. - Preferred experience performing similar job duties for at least two years. - Good computer skills. - Ability to prepare and work with technical documentation. - Ability to prepare letters on technical matters, technical specifications, work assignments, as well as reports and documents within your area of competence. - Category B driver's license. Required knowledge: - Must understand professional work methods and procedures. - Must understand the operating principles and usage regulations of technical equipment used in the company. - Must be able to navigate the sequence of execution of interrelated work processes and rationally organize work. - Must understand and navigate the technical processes of the company's operations and services provided, know equipment operation, and be able to assess the technical condition of equipment. - Must be able to find solutions in case of equipment failure. Job responsibilities: 1. Direct and control the technical operations of the company's divisions: heat energy production and supply, drinking water extraction and supply, wastewater collection and treatment. 2. Plan and control departmental budgets, evaluate achieved results, develop and implement effective solutions in the company's operational processes under your responsibility. 3. Maintain cooperation with state and municipal institutions within your area of competence. 4. Participate in planning and direct equipment modernization. 5. Organize the work of subordinate employees and control work quality.
