Job Description/Duties: • Resolving requests from UJEP employees • Installation and commissioning of end-user devices - PCs, printers, etc. • Installation and configuration of software including specialized programs used by the university - email, antivirus solutions, network storage, etc. • Operation of AV equipment (lecture halls, LED TV amphitheater, etc.) • Troubleshooting and resolving end-user device issues through repair or warranty claims • Consultation on hardware purchases; collaboration with faculties in creating specifications for tenders • Cooperation with other departments - networks, information systems, etc. Requirements: • Secondary education • Communication skills • Knowledge of software/hardware • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency • Basic knowledge of AV technology • Linux and iOS knowledge a plus • Independence, teamwork, attention to detail, and clean criminal record Selection Process and Criteria: The selection process will proceed in the first round by reviewing submitted materials, which must be part of the application, and potentially in a second round with personal interviews with selected candidates.
